    NINGBO MAITENG ELECTRIC APPLIANCE CO., LTD. was founded in 2011 and specializes in the development, production, and sales of electric water heaters.

  • What is the size of the company and which departments does it include?

    The company covers 10,000 square meters and includes departments such as E-commerce, Production, After-sales, Warehousing, and Quality Control.

    We partner with brands such as Arrow, Konka, Sacon, Sunrain, and Royalstar. We also produce and sell our own brands, Dongrile and Hello Dream.

    Custom made generally is 30 working days, but exact delivery time depends on exact order quantity and the shipping way youchosen.

  • What are your payment terms？

    We usually quote on FOB price. For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against a copy of the documents. The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.

  • How can we guarantee quality?

    Pre-production sample before bulk production; QC stays in the factory, in-line and final inspection before shipment.

    We are factory and also have our own international sales department. We produce and sell all by ourselves.
